Cabinet Secretary Zvi Hauser said Wednesday night that the Cabinet decided to allow the army, as appropriate, and with the approval of the Minister of Defense, to call up reserve forces. This refers to former soldiers currently living civilian lives who still participate in annual reserve duty.
