Singing Jews block police border
Boaz Albert of Yitzhar is continuing his battle against
administrative distancing orders. Albert, a farmer and married father of
six, has repeatedly returned to his home despite the fact that doing so could mean jail time.
He has continued to return home despite being violently arrested in August in an incident that made national headlines, and forced police to temporarily freeze their use of tasers.
Albert was handed an administrative order in August that forbids him to enter the Judea or Samaria (Shomron) regions, despite the fact that his home and business are both located in Samaria. Defense officials refused to tell Albert why he had been distanced from his home, saying the information is classified.
The Alberts attempted to fight previous distancing orders using legal means, but say they have despaired of getting justice through the courts. Instead, they have begun a campaign of nonviolent resistance.
Boaz Albert was ready for the Border Police when they came again Tuesday to take him from his home by force. He handcuffed himself to the floor of his home using a special device he created.
At the same time, youth from the area blocked police non-violently by holding a Sukkot celebration, complete with singing and dancing, in the Albert home. Other Yitzhar residents showed their support for Albert by blocking the entrance to the town.
Local activists issued an urgent call to supporters to come to Yitzhar to help them. A message from the Women in Green movement noted that it could take police "a good few hours" to open Albert's device, giving supporters time to gather to resist the arrest.

built, Israel, built
Maale Adunim E1
We should join the area of E1 to Jerusalem without concern, despite the world pressuring us….
When the world talks about a freeze in Jerusalem, I ask a freeze of what?
The billions that we invest in the eastern side of the city? Stop building for Arabs, or Christians or Jews? Or, G-d forbid, somebody means that when an entrepreneur comes to me I must ask him what religion he is part of, in order to build in Jerusalem.
It is delusional,It is also against the law in the USA. I am not familiar with another city in the world who’s regulator is the president of the USA.."

PA killed Oslo, time for annexation
Mesika Samaria regional head urges Netanyahu to declare Israeli sovereignty over settlement blocs Israel plans to keep
In the wake of the UN vote on “Palestine,” Israel must declare sovereignty over its communities in Judea and Samaria (Shomron), Samaria regional council head Gershon Mesika said Friday in an urgent appeal to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
The PA appeal to the UN was clearly “a media ploy, and an event that was in its entirety a pathetic attempt to copy Jewish history – from the selection of the date of voting, November 29, to the calls of ‘The nation of Palestine lives’ at the ‘spontaneous’ celebrations in Ramallah,” Mesika said.
However, he continued, “We must remember that this move is likely to have a growing impact, by upgrading its status to a member state.”
“But most importantly, this is the ‘Palestinian’ Authority’s final, decisive killing of the Oslo Accords,” Mesika declared. The PA appeal to the UN violated “both the spirit of the Accords and the first principle in them, that each step would be the result of negotiations.”
“Over the years the state of Israel has been the only one keeping the accords, while the Arab terrorist entity, imported from Tunisia, has regularly ignored it. But the appeal to the UN means the declaration of the accords’ death… Therefore the state of Israel has nothing to stop it from annexing all the communities it has established in Judea and Samaria, and the state lands,” he argued.
“Not only would it be the only useful response,” he added, “but first and foremost, it would be the morally and historically right thing to do. Judea and Samaria are the heart of the Jewish people.”
Declaring sovereignty “would turn today from a fake, copycat holiday of the terrorist PA to a real holiday for the Jews,” he concluded.

Olive harvest a cover for incitement
Many Palestinian Authority Arabs in the Samaria and Binyamin regions are using the olive harvest as an excuse to provoke conflict and incite against Israel, says Saryah Demski, head of the Agricultural Committee for both regions.
“Like what happened just recently near Elon Moreh, when they tried to uproot trees in an attempt to accuse us of the uprooting,” he recalled. “Thank God, in that case we figured it out in time, but there are many attempts to provoke violence here, leftist provocateurs come and exploit the Arabs to try to start riots.”
The IDF has been alert and helpful, he noted. If violence breaks out, he said, “the army responds quickly and puts a stop to it.”
On Tuesday, Arabs in Samaria claimed that Jews from the town of Elon Moreh had uprooted their olive trees. However, a video released Tuesday evening shows that the trees were uprooted by the Arabs themselves.
The Samaria Residents Council and Samaria Regional Council have asked Israeli residents of the area to carry cameras with them so that they can film any similar incidents they witness during the olive harvest.
