GLOBAL PETITION to SAVE MIGRON and PREVENT ANY SECOND GUSH KATIF from OCCURRING!

To: Mr. Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister and all members of the Knesset We, the undersigned, express our shock and disappointment at the standing decision to dismantle and uproot the community of Migron.
Sadly, and despite the existing recommendations from top Israeli legal experts on how to legalize Migron fairly and reasonably, we do not see governmental legislation being promoted to save Migron.
The destruction of Jewish communities such as that of Gush Katif – in the name of "peace" – has brought no gain for Israel; it has only brought about continual barrages of rockets and missiles fired into Israel, terrorizing the citizens of the State's southern towns. The direct result of Israel's unilateral withdrawal from the Gaza area is that the emboldened Arab-"Palestinians" are now closer to their Israeli civilian targets for their terror acts.
We urge you, Mr. Netanyahu, to allow the community of Migron to remain where it is and grow, not to destroy or dismantle it, or, for that matter, not to dismantle any other communities. We ask you to keep in mind the future of the Nation State of the Jewish people, Israel, the homeland of all Jews, and to thoroughly think about the consequences of the proposed 'eviction' and what it would mean for all of Israel.
The right is on the side of those who stand with Migron, and not a government that constantly betrays its own citizenry and country.
It has been determined that Migron was never "private Arab property," as the alleged Arab owners of the land where Migron was established never had valid, legal title to it. More so, these claimants did not settle, or vivify, the land they claimed to have owned. Therefore, their claim that the land was their “private property” is without any legal basis and should have been rejected outright by the Government of Israel and the Supreme Court.
We, the undersigned, urge the Government of Israel to reclassify the land comprising Migron as “state land,” rather than “private land,” and to give the community retroactive authorization by issuing an executive order.
TODA!
